Hi, I’m Monica!
OTR/L · MSOT, Sacred Heart University · DMI Level A and Level B training
I’m an occupational therapist and the founder of Sprouting Souls Pediatric Therapy. I specialize in pediatric occupational therapy for children and young adults ages 0–21, offering flexible, concierge-style services in the comfort of your home or other natural environments. My individualized, play-based, strength based, and family-centered approach focuses on building daily living skills, including dressing, bathing, and feeding, while supporting sensory processing, attention, emotional regulation, and fine motor development.
I graduated in the top three of my occupational therapy program at Sacred Heart University and have experience throughout pediatrics; specifically in outpatient pediatrics, early intervention, and school-based settings. My clinical background includes aquatic therapy, feeding therapy for sensory needs, fine motor/ upper extremity intervention, and Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), with Level A and Level B training.
I believe every child deserves care that honors their unique strengths and needs. I am passionate about helping each child reach their full potential by partnering with families and using a strength-based approach to navigate challenges, build confidence, and foster greater independence. My goal is for every child to feel capable, supported, and empowered to grow.

Our mission
At Sprouting Souls Pediatric Therapy, my mission is to nurture each child’s growth, confidence, and independence through compassionate, individualized occupational therapy. I believe meaningful progress happens when children feel safe, supported, and understood.
By bringing flexible, concierge-style therapy into the home and other natural environments, I help children develop essential life skills, navigate sensory experiences, improve emotional regulation, and discover their unique potential. Through collaboration with families, I turn everyday moments into meaningful opportunities for growth, empowering each child to build the skills, confidence, and independence they need to thrive in the world around them.
