This website provides information about Sprouting Souls and ways to contact Monica. It does not provide a patient portal or ask for medical histories.

When you get in touch

The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, a topic, and a message. These details are saved in a private website inbox so the practice can respond. Only approved practice administrators can read that inbox.

Please use the form for an initial question rather than medical records or detailed health information. You can arrange the right way to discuss care directly with Monica.

Messages are available in the inbox for 90 days. Expired messages are removed when the inbox is opened or a new message arrives. Email notifications use Resend and contain only a notice and an inbox link, not your form entries.

Email and telephone links open your own email or phone application. Information you send through those applications is handled by those services and the practice.

Website information

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Our website and its secure contact services use hosting providers that may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Fonts and images are served directly from this website. To limit spam, the form uses short-lived, salted hashes of network addresses; it does not store raw IP addresses in the inquiry inbox.
